New Account Information
Please Print and Give to New Employee
Your manager has requested that a new account be created for you, so here is some information you will need to know to get started. Please read this document carefully.
The default password for all accounts is ChangeMe! which is case sensitive. The "!" is also required.
Windows Login
When using your Windows account, your username your first name followed by a period followed by your last name. For example: John Doe would have the username "john.doe". Your password will be given to you by the System Administrator. When logging in, if you are using Windows XP, be sure the "domain" field is set to OPNET.
Windows Password Change
The first time you log into your computer, you will automatically be prompted to change your password. Passwords must be complex, meaning they must have at least 8 characters and at least one special character (upper-case letters, numbers, or symbols). There is no maximum password length. You cannot use your name in any part of your password.
BPOS Email
When using your BPOS account, your User ID will be your IDM (UMail) account name followed by "@ad.ndus.edu". For example: John Doe would have the username "John.Doe@ad.ndus.edu". Your password will be given to you by the System Administrator. In order to log in, you must open the "Microsoft Online Services Sign-In" application. After logging in for the first time, you will be required to change your password.
Note: You will be required to change your BPOS password every 90 days.
BPOS Password Change
To change your BPOS password, go to this link and select Option 2 (go directly to company portal). Sign in with your BPOS username and password. In the upper-right corner, select "Change Password"
FoodPro
When you login to FoodPro, your credentials will be the same as your Windows account. Use the same username and password you used to log into your computer.Application Xtender
ImageNow
When you log into imagenow, you will use your IDM (UMail) username and password.
